The role will focus on the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of product data across multiple systems on a global scale. As a key part of the data team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enforcing data quality standards, conducting in-depth data analysis, and collaborating with different teams to resolve data-related issues. You will be responsible for maintaining consistency in product data across various systems and departments, identifying and investigating data discrepancies, and working with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Regular audits and validation checks will be carried out to improve data quality, alongside the creation of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data integration processes and provide training and support on data-related tools, processes, and quality standards. Additionally, you will be encouraged to identify opportunities for automation, improving data quality checks and streamlining data entry processes. Acting as a liaison between IT systems and other departments, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless data integration and resolving data-related challenges efficiently. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to work across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a strong numerical or technical background is essential. While prior experience is not required, exposure to data integration, ETL processes, Power BI, Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, project management, would be advantageous. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a technology-based or numerically focused degree, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
