As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in vibrant nursery and preschool settings, helping children grow and flourish. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Encouraging Development: Inspiring growth in physical, emotional, and cognitive areas through creative play and engaging activities.
6. Crafting Learning Experiences: Designing and leading age-appropriate activities that make learning enjoyable and align with the EYFS standards.
7. Building Supportive Bonds: Creating warm, nurturing relationships that make children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
8. Tracking Growth: Observing and recording each child’s achievements to ensure their development is on track.
9. Ensuring Safety: Following safeguarding practices to maintain a secure, caring environment for all.

What We’re Looking For:
14. Qualified Practitioners – NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Early Years (or equivalent).
15. Experience in Early Years – You’ve spent time working with children in nurseries or similar settings.
16. A Can-Do Attitude – Positive, enthusiastic, and ready to be a role model to young learners.
17. Safety First – A commitment to safeguarding and ensuring a secure environment.
