Main Objectives:
* Conduct production forecasting, reserves assessment, and provide reservoir engineering expertise using industry-standard software.
* Review field output potential based on development activities and assess the strategic implications of field potential.
* Provide reservoir engineering support for drilling and production operations, covering tasks from data preparation and review during well selection to monitoring well performance during production.
* Perform multi-disciplinary data analysis, data acquisition planning, and oversee execution follow-up.
Functions:
* Develop, maintain, and refine dynamic reservoir models for key producing assets.
* Analyze production datasets and evaluate field decline trends.
* Create comprehensive field development plans, including documentation, representation, and execution strategies.
* Collaborate with surface operations and facility engineering teams on reservoir development planning, field performance evaluation, and well optimization.
* Prepare and deliver study reports and presentations to management teams.
* Work collaboratively with wells, production, and operations teams in a cross-disciplinary environment.
Key Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Reservoir Engineering or a related field.
* 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
* Strong team player with the ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multicultural environments.
* Goal-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality technical work.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams beyond the subsurface discipline.
* Proficiency in reservoir engineering software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and quality control (QC) a comprehensive field database.
* Analyze and evaluate field development opportunities using analytical methods and simulation.
* Report on the progress of subsurface studies.
* Present the results of reservoir engineering studies to technical and management audiences.
