Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management, lead generation, and human resources.
Duties
1. Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications
2. Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
3. Utilise HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft and Workday
4. Generate leads for potential candidates
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Qualifications
1. Strong communication skills
2. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Confident in using Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook, Word
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
