We are Hiring: Regional Director – Scotland | National Timber Group Scotland
Are you an experienced Regional Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to take your next career step? National Timber Group Scotland are always looking for great people to strengthen our team and due to business growth, we are looking to appoint an additional Regional Director for our Scottish business.
We currently operate 30 sites across the business and this new role will help ensure that we can better support our Branch network. For the right person, we can be flexible about the location of this role and will discuss this further at interview stage.

What will you be doing?
* Manage and develop a group of regional Branches based on agreed metrics, including sales, margin, and stock
* Create and expand the customer portfolio, maximising sales potential in a designated area, ensuring stable relationships with the customers
* Establish strategies that ensure regular sales objectives, geographically, by product segment and type of customer
* Develop the overall sales plan and manage costs appropriately
* Promote the key company values, such as our ‘customer first’ mentality and adherence to strong Health & Safety principles at all times
* Develop and mentor your team, supporting and encouraging them to do great things
What We are Looking For:
* Proven sales and operational leadership with experience in a B2B environment
* Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a results-driven mindset
* Passion for customer service excellence and relationship building
* Fantastic people skills
* Experience in the timber, construction, or building materials sector (preferred)
