Protocol, a leading recruitment agency for education professionals, is recruiting on behalf of a Further Education college in Southport. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer to join the college's team on a temporary basis to cover an absence due to sickness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Health & Social Care at a range of levels.
2. Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.

4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum delivery aligns with college standards.
5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
1. Previous teaching experience in Health & Social Care is essential.
2. Ideally hold a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
3. Strong subject knowledge in Health & Social Care.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
5. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
