Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers Answer employee inquiries and concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide Line Managers with first line advice, guidance, and support on ER related activity; Performance management, absence management, conduct challenges, grievance process, disciplinary process and family friendly processes. Maintain accurate and up to date records using iTrent, Eploy, Docushare, HR Hub and LMS systems to record data. Ensure that all personnel files are compliant with GDPR guidelines. Ensure Line Managers are using the Eploy system to recruit as per Company procedure, challenge where this is not taking place and guide on best practice. To work with the payroll team to ensure all necessary documentation is compiled ahead of the monthly/weekly payroll run. Profile HR Co-Ordinator Previously worked in a HR team, preferably in a Shared Service environment Previously supported employee relations cases CIPD qualification Well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative.
