Job Description:
* Provide support to children with EHCPs in class and through dedicated 1-2-1 or small group sessions under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Build strong relationships with pupils and teachers to ensure all children can access the curriculum and make progress.
* Work flexibly and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, patience, and understanding.
* Communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
About the Role:
* Working hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (36 weeks per year).
* Starting salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum, pro-rated from full-time equivalent.
