HR Advisor Location: Coventry, UK Salary: £30k Contract type: Full time Permanent Working hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday About the role Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about supporting the people behind a company's success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HR Advisor Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee record management, data entry, and file maintenance. Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes for new hires. Support employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the HR team to drive process improvements and enhance employee experience. Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Prior experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity is a must. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Why join us?
