Were recruiting for a Digital Execution and Change Project Management Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract to oversee the businesss digital programme and portfolio to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. The Role: You'll be responsible for supporting and ensuring the programme and delivery teams uphold the companys quality and project standards as well as monitoring and advising on resourcing, adherence to methodology, risk, assumption, issue and dependency management. You will track project and programme performance across an ongoing portfolio of works and be responsible for overall reporting on portfolio status whilst acting as a quality assurance and interventionist for projects at predefined milestones and/or in cases of project under-performance. This includes: About You: You will have a proven track record in a project management or business change role delivering successful continuous improvement projects. Experience in working in Agile, Waterfall and ITIL project methodologies is also essential as is a thorough understanding of the customer service environment. Knowledge of the water industry would be a huge bonus You will be a highly focused individual who thrives on getting things right first time and juggling conflicting priorities and tasks.
