Hybrid working (3 days in the office) after training/probation One of our long-standing clients is looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join the team, you must have mortgage admin experience. Supporting 5 financial Advisors this is a full Administration role where there is lots of room to progress as well as learn. Key Responsibilities include - Mortgage Administrator • Inputting of mortgage applications.• Sending packaging requirements to the lender after application has been submitted.• Creating tasks, records and reminders on Intelligent Office.• Ensuring all documents are scanned to the activity, prior to and post offer.• Creating invoices where applicable.• Adding of fees to consultants’ figures, • Drafting recommendation/suitability letters• Chasing lenders where required, and providing updates to clients • Updating task notes • Meeting with Lenders’ Business Development Managers.
