This Health Care Support Worker role will be assigned to work within the Wellbeing department, providing support to patients and families during the most difficult time of their lives, offering practical care and social support for our patients, as well as excellent communication skills. The department offers wider support to patients and families through: Outpatient clinic assessments, A patient centred, needs based wellbeing programme. The service focusing on wellbeing and enablement for patients with specialist palliative care needs. We also offer a range of therapies including, music and complementary therapy, therapy dogs and hairdressing.
