This won't be the first time you have used your digital marketing skills professionally as you work with colleagues to maximise digital engagement, reach new supporters and service users and use data insight and analysis to help inform strategic digital marketing decision-making.

Main duties of the job
This is a Digital Marketing Manager role with responsibility for leading and growing all digital marketing activity across the hospice. You will work with colleagues to maximise digital engagement, reach new supporters and service users, using data insight and analysis to help inform strategic digital marketing decision-making.
You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we expand the income generation, marketing and communications teams to support our ambitious hospice-wide 2022+ strategy. This could be a role for someone looking for their first step into management.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* You will have a qualification in digital marketing to degree level or equivalent.
Experience
* Demonstrable extensive experience in a similar digital marketing role with a proven record of success.
* Relevant experience of developing and delivering a digital strategy, and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of what makes an effective digital and social media presence.
* The experience and proven ability to manage and lead creative and message development for campaigns and calls to action across digital and social media channels and tailor communications to different target audiences.
* Advanced experience creating interesting and varied organic social content.
* Advanced experience in writing, planning, delivering, optimising, and reporting on paid digital campaigns, including Meta and LinkedIn to improve performance and optimise budgets.
* Extensive experience in developing and producing optimised website content.
* Advanced experience of website management, familiarity with web design and an excellent working knowledge of WordPress CMS or similar.
* Experience of delivering improvements to a website and measuring outcomes.
* Advanced experience in pulling reports, analysing digital activity using GA4 and other tools.
* You will have experience of writing clear, compelling, audience-centred content, for various platforms including traditional and digital marketing including case studies.
* Experience of line management.
* Experience of working in healthcare or the third sector.
* Experience of managing budgets.
Other requirements
* Ability to drive to gather digital content across all the organisation's locations including shops.
Knowledge
* A sound working knowledge of e-marketing software such as Mailchimp or similar e-marketing platform.
* You will have knowledge of the supporter journey and will be able to apply your knowledge of this to the role and project manage cross hospice campaigns.
* Knowledge of using Microsoft Teams as a communication channel.

£31,010.28 to £34,116 a year (Based on FTE salary £38,762.85 - £42,645) & inclusive of HCAS.
