Our client, a dynamic and innovative manufacturing organisation, is seeking a driven International Account Manager to join their Global Markets Group in Euston, London.\n\nAbout the Role:\n As an International Account Manager, you will deliver sales and profit growth by effectively managing distributors and opening new markets across North & Eastern Europe and Turkey. Your passion for business development and marketing will be key in building lasting relationships and driving success.
You will also have the opportunity to frequently travel to international offices to strengthen client relationships.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nBusiness Development:\n\nBuild businesses from scratch in key markets by identifying and appointing the best distribution partners.\nMotivate and stimulate distributors to achieve sales and profit targets.\nMonitor in-market sales and stock levels, ensuring budget realisation.Marketing:\n\nDevelop and implement a marketing activity calendar with distributors.\nCollaborate with International and local Brand Managers to align marketing activities with brand strategy.\nEnsure successful implementation of new product developments (NPD) and funded marketing activities.Financial Management:\n\nManage Customer P&L's, prepare profit forecasts, and monitor market profitability.\nAllocate marketing budgets and maintain transparency in all expenditures.Distributor Relations:\n\nChallenge and support existing distributors to maximise growth.\nEvaluate distributor performance and identify potential new partners.Logistics Coordination:\n\nInput monthly demand forecasts and liaise with Export Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment.Who You Are:\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducated to a high standard with a track record in international account management, particularly in the FMCG sector.\nProven ability to develop new territories and a strong understanding of marketing and brand-building activities.Skills and Attributes:\n\nInternational mindset with cultural sensitivity in communication.\nA hunter for business, hungry for success-a true go-getter.\nSelf-starter, determined, and a team player with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.\nStrong relationship-building capabilities, both internally and externally.Why Join Us?\n\nLocation: Our office is conveniently located just 6 minutes' walk from Russell Square train station and Euston station.\n\nTravel Opportunities: Be prepared to explore new markets with frequent travel, often involving overnight stays in luxurious locations across Europe.\n\nGrowth Potential: You'll have the opportunity to build a successful career with a respected organisation that values your contributions.\n\nFlexible Working: Hybrid working pattern, 2-3 days in office per week.
