This is an exciting opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified accountant to grow and progress as part of a large, well established hospitality business.If you have proven experience in stakeholder engagement, business partnering, and presenting to non financial colleagues, this may be the role for you.What you'll be doing: Providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis. Providing financial expertise, guidance and challenge as required to stakeholders to improve performance. Financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Analysing financial performance including variance and trend analysis. Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Acting as the key representative in meetings, presentations, and discussions with the operations teams and wider stakeholders. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. A professional accounting qualification or studying towards (ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in business partnering is essential Experience in hospitality would be a bonus, but not required. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of financial metrics. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
