As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for:
Covering inpatient haematology and transplant wards, including chart screening and medicines reconciliation.
Managing outpatient day unit tasks such as chemotherapy screening and patient counselling.
Attending ward rounds and arranging discharge medication.
