To work within the Special Care Dental Administrative Team, to enter data on Dental R4 software and SystmOne relating to referrals into the dental clinics and domiciliary service, to book and cancel appointments within the R4 diary and communicate with professional staff and the general public with tact and sensitivity. The role will include responding to variations in workload as outlined below; Provide quality clinical administrative and referral management to support the services delivered in the Special Care Dental Service across the county. Work unsupervised on assigned administrative tasks. To actively participate in the Trusts mandatory training where appropriate.
