What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing expert technical support via email, phone, video calls, and remote desktop.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with both Biomechanics hardware and biomechanics software.
* Preparing and delivering installations and training sessions.
* Testing and validating systems before they go live.
* Creating technical support content, such as FAQs and tutorials.
* Assisting with technical demonstrations and representing the company at industry events.
About You:
* Ideally a degree in Sports Science or Biomechanics or relevant experience
* You’re a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
* You’re organised and methodical when solving problems.
* You have solid computer skills, particularly with Windows applications.
