Right2Work is a growing and thriving organisation, a Community Interest Company (CIC) and wholly-owned subsidiary of The Oaklea Trust, a registered charity.
The work we do includes assisting learners move closer to work and sustaining work. We also aim to develop stronger communities by providing projects that promote well-being and environmental sustainability.

Board Member – The Candidate:
We are looking to recruit a new enthusiastic person with experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Marketing and sales
2. HR & Culture and People Development
3. Financial planning and strategic management
4. Social Enterprise
5. Event Planning & Management
These skills are sought to ensure we have a balanced group of individuals on our Board.
If you can think at a strategic level, quickly absorb complex information, instinctively know the right questions to ask and be decisive then why not apply to join our Board.
The post of trustee is unpaid but will provide a great deal of experience and satisfaction. Trustees meet four times a year, and members of Board sub committees meet regularly. Training and development is available to trustees.
