Business Development Manager – Children’s Residential Care

Responsibilities:
* Obtain, manage, and place new residents during a period of significant growth.
* Build partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally with local authorities.
* Identify local authorities' needs and position the group’s high-quality services accordingly.
* Spend time in the field, supporting teams across the Manchester and Yorkshire local authorities.
Minimum Requirements:
* Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and achieve revenue targets.
* Experience managing referrals in the children’s care sector.
* Established contacts in the sector.
* Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
* Understanding of how commissioning works within the care sector.
* Comfortable communicator with strong prioritization skills.
* Track record of commercial success.

* A formal interview with the owners.
