Job summary We are seeking a Mental Health Practitioner (Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker) to join our established primary care Mental Health Team in the West area of Southampton. Main duties of the job You will contribute to the triage service, offering early assessment, brief interventions and signposting for people with mental health needs in their local communities. You will be a registered practitioner, experienced in working within a mental health setting with skills to engage people that may be pre-contemplative about change. The post holder should be experienced in working with individuals presenting with mental health needs. Our primary care setting is a rewarding place to work.
