You will be motivated by owning the end-to-end development process from research and design to implementation and delivery. This role suits a confident facilitator, communicator, and self-starter with exceptional digital skills to own our digital learning journey through our new LMS Thrive.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing as a Talent Development Partner at Nottingham Building Society:
1. Support embedding the Talent Strategy across the organisation and play a key role in communication and engagement with our People leaders.
2. Design and deliver effective development initiatives and programmes in line with our people and business strategy. You will have specific areas of focus and responsibility but will have the breadth in this role to support across all areas of development.
3. Manage our Learning Management System (Thrive), owning the partnership and creating engaging and strategic learning pathways with a focus on future skills and digital learning opportunities.
4. Support the development of a cyclical Training Needs Analysis to ensure annual workforce planning and budget is sufficient for society learning needs.
5. Support with the performance management cycle and process, including content design, communication, engagement, calibration and reporting / MI.
6. Contribute to our culture of learning and skill development within the team and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Talent Development.
About you:
1. Highly collaborative and curious with a confident communication and delivery style.
2. Experience within a similar Talent Development role with transferable design and delivery skills; this will be both face-to-face delivery and the delivery of digital learning solutions.
3. Strong digital and data skills with experience managing and creating content within a LMS platform.
4. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to coach and influence at all levels to drive and implement change.
5. Experience analysing and interpreting management information to diagnose business/organisation issues and areas for improvement, including ROI of delivered interventions.
6. A solutions-focused approach, a passion for continuous improvement, and a growth mindset.
