As an Influencer Performance Analyst, you’ll:
1. Support the Head of Influencer Performance in maintaining and driving the growth of Myprotein’s global influencer programme.
2. Report on influencer performance weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to identify key successes and areas for improvement.
3. Manage the general hygiene of the influencer programme, including keeping links, offers, and reporting updated.
4. Identify opportunities for new partnerships to enhance the global influencer programme.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute influencer campaigns on a global scale.
6. Oversee the invoicing and payment process for influencers through a monthly PO system.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
1. Degree qualified (preferred) with 1+ year of experience in marketing.
2. Strong analytical skills, with a data-minded approach and proficiency in Excel.
3. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
4. A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness, and digital marketing.
5. Understanding of influencer marketing's role in brand awareness, content creation, and driving commercial value.
6. Knowledge of current and emerging platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
8. A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.
