Resident Liaison Officer - Salary up to £33k package 8% pension Retrofit scheme Driving licence / Own car is essential The Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Liaison Officer for one of the UK's Leading Property Services supporting the Retrofit work for the L&Q Contract on street properties. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between residents, contractors, and the project team. Communicate clearly with residents about planned FRA works, access requirements, and timelines. Address and resolve resident queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently. Ensure residents, including vulnerable individuals, receive the necessary support during the works. Carry out pre-condition surveys and assist with resident engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, concerns, and resolutions. Work closely with site and management teams to coordinate access and programme updates. Ensure all resident engagement aligns with health and safety protocols and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
