MISSION
As an Assistant Boutique Manager you will support the Boutique Manager in leading your team and managing your store in all that the Shiseido Group stands for, inspiring and motivating them to be the best they can, every day. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced leader to lead and inspire a team, but to also join an incredible group network of brands, where developing our people is at the heart of our business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Using your management experience you will work closely with the Boutique Manager to lead the team to offer exceptional service, which is at the heart of all that the Shiseido Group stands for. You will ensure that the Boutique offers our customers the ultimate premium experience at all times. Leading by example, you will educate the customer and share product knowledge to achieve all of your sales goals. You will have a natural talent in building meaningful connections with colleagues and customers, and find innovative ways to develop opportunities that will create a new community of customers within our brand new store. With your passion, you will help to drive the business, supporting the Boutique Manager with setting objectives for the store and driving sales, whilst ensuring that the day to day running of the store is perfect.
We will provide you with all the training and development so that you become a true ambassador of our brands. You’ll be motivated and goal-oriented, always ready to learn new skills and further your abilities and creativity. Bicester Village can get incredibly busy during peak times so we expect you to be able to be reactive as well as proactive, and go out of your way to help drive your team.
PROFILE
* Retail Management experience, preferably within the Beauty Industry
* Experience in coaching and leading a team
* Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business
* Ability to influence and build external and internal relationships
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Flexibility to work key trading hours
