Hours: 8am - 6pm
Salary: £13.15 per hour

Are you an experienced Front of House administrator looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, a reputable organisation based in Westminster, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Temporary Corporate Receptionist to join their team!
If you're available to start immediately with no notice period and have a positive attitude, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service at all times
2. Assist with directing clients and providing support and care in FOH areas
3. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism
4. Manage emails/inbox in a timely manner
5. Utilise Microsoft Office, Outlook, DMS, Teams/Zoom, and more
6. Maintain stationery and equipment in meeting rooms
7. Handle calls, redirect as needed, and take messages
8. Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks when required
Skills, Experience, and Attributes Required:
1. Immediate availability to start
2. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
3. Relevant education/qualifications
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Highly organised and able to work under pressure
7. Confident and comfortable on the phone
