We’re looking for a Field Sales Trainer to join us to train, coach and develop our field sales team. Your expertise will drive success across a defined region, empowering sales professionals to reach their full potential!

What you will be doing?
* Lead & Inspire: Training and coaching our field sales team in both the field and classroom.
* Tailored Training: Onboarding new colleagues with personalised training for different roles, from sales execs to managers.
* Strategic Development: Collaborating with the leadership team to design and implement training that drives KPIs.
* Real-Time Coaching: Delivering training on the front line, ensuring your team excels in real-world sales scenarios.
* Structured Feedback: Offering consistent feedback to improve performance across the team.
* Autonomy & Impact: Taking control of your workload, focusing on what drives results for the business.
* Full-Fibre Expertise: Coaching the team to sell cutting-edge full fibre broadband and associated products out in the field on a regular basis.
* Data-Driven Results: Working with the Head of Sales to identify key areas for training improvement.
About you:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales coaching and 1 year of hands-on sales experience.
* Skills: A strong command of Microsoft Office 365, coaching, and performance management.
* Drive: You thrive in a self-directed environment and are passionate about achieving targets.
* Sales Savvy: Ability to close sales through door-to-door interactions, setting the bar for best practices.
* Requirements: Full UK driving license & access to a vehicle that meets safety specifications.

Please note we do not have an office so your based from your home. Our regions span across the Midlands, Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester (and growing) so you need to be able to be able to travel on a regular basis to these areas.
