Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Senior Health Care Assistant to join our busy Endoscopy Unit. This is a large dynamic team of highly motivated nurses. As an experienced communicator, you will be expected to provide an efficient and effective service, working as the patients advocate, and be mindful at all times of the senior nurses vision. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of working in a highly demanding environment where patient focus is paramount. We have an open culture of transparency. This unit runs on a 7 day and evening basis working on an internal shift rotation and will include training in data collecting to support the bowel scope service.
