Frasers Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Travel Co-Ordinator to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team. You will be instrumental in implementing the Travel Policy across the group, arranging national & global travel for our employees & visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for service level delivery and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to team inquiries for travel & accommodation
* Research travel & accommodation options through nominated suppliers
* Confirm travel & accommodation arrangements using the most cost/time effective supplier
* Send appropriate documentation for travellers
* Compile monthly reports highlighting trends & projects
* Participate in supplier meetings to ensure service level agreements are upheld
* Facilitate the sharing & storage of documentation among team members & travellers
* Assist hotel reception team with telephone inquiries and guest arrival as required
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in a travel co-ordination or administrative role
* Strong organizational & documentation skills
* Effective communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders & external suppliers
* Familiarity with online reservations systems such as Atriis, Evoli & Melon would be advantageous
* A proactive & adaptable approach to a dynamic work environment
