The Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
2. Managing new starters, leavers, and payroll adjustments, including salary changes, deductions, and statutory payments
3. Administering payroll-related benefits, including pensions, salary sacrifice schemes, and third-party deductions
4. Ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliations, including payroll journals, RTI submissions, and year-end processing
