Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a maternity cover.
The position is based in Ilkeston and is due to commence Mid-March.
This is around a 45 - 50 week contract which includes a 6 week handover period so you will be given the training and support required to complete the role to a high standard.
Standard working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 (but some level of flexibility is available).
You will be responsible for:
* Invoicing
* Month - end (following check sheet)
* Credits following customer requests
* Central Bulling
* Supplier invoicing
* Credit Claims
* Petty Cash
* Fine payments
* Vehicle tax
* General queries
* Ordering office sundries
* Setting up user accounts / amendments
* Scheduling Saturday rota
You must be familiar with Sage version 28, Microsoft Office and various inhouse softwares.
You can expect to earn between £13.00 - £15.00 per hour. To attain the upper level of salary, you must be comfortable with all duties and require minimal support.
