I'm currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance operations at our clients factory near bridgwater. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment, managing the tooling workshop, and leading the maintenance team. Our client are a true of a kind design and manufacturer that operate in over 50 countries. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Engineering / Manufacturing In a similar maintenance position. Essential Requirements / Experience: Experience as a maintenance team leader in a manufacturing environment, or experience as a senior maintenance engineer with evidence of aptitude and motivation to step up into a team leadership position. Experience using a CMMS and improving its effectiveness.
