Organisations go through our rapid HR audit, at the end of which they can get a Lead5050 certification. About the role: We are looking for a social media intern. The right person will help raise the Lead5050 profile on social media. They will engage in social listening and engage on behalf of Lead5050 with organisations, posts and people who are talking about DE&I, HR audits or gender pay gaps as an example. You will be enthusiastic and eager to learn. Ideally you will be interested in workplace equity as a goal. They will also reach out to our target markets through Linkedin and other social media to generate leads. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Content Scheduling: Help in scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools like Go High Level. Campaign Support: Support the social media team in executing marketing campaigns by creating graphics, captions, and other promotional materials. Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to contribute to our social media strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members. Requirements: Understanding of social media platforms and trends. Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction.
