Carrot Recruitment have partnered with a Global Pharmaceutical Organization who are looking for a Senior Director, Market Access Strategy.
This is a strategic role and an opportunity to build a best-in-class market access strategy for this innovative portfolio. You'll take the lead from the start, developing and executing the approach across all aspects of commercial contracting, pricing, and payer engagement.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead the development and execution of brand-specific market access strategies and tactics across all aspects of commercial contracting, pricing, and payer engagement.
2. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust Market Access Value Platform and drive key operational initiatives.
3. Provide strategic insights and project management for crucial market access activities impacting the organization.
You are a strong fit if you have:
4. Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with minimum of 5+ years in a strategic market access role.
5. Proven ability to develop and execute successful market access strategies for specialty/biologic products.
6. Deep understanding of US payer systems, healthcare trends, and value-based purchasing models.
7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
8. Experience leading and motivating teams in a matrixed environment.
