The Customer Insight Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing customer data captured through our loyalty scheme and delivering actionable insight to help drive business decisions and allow us to better serve our customers. They’ll provide regular reporting as well as ad hoc analysis in order to support tactical and strategic decision making across the business, with a particular focus on marketing and commercial departments. This is a full time, permanent role that follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week. Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.
