Club Development Officer – Job Description
We’re recruiting Club Development Officers to join our team at TeamFeePay!
This is an exciting role and even more so with those who have a passion for grassroots football. You will represent the TeamFeePay brand and build strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within grassroots football as well as keeping the team informed of all current trends within clubs throughout your region.

Main Responsibilities
* Build and maintain positive relationships across grassroots football clubs by engaging with key club stakeholders
* Understand the club development priorities and approaches across the FAs in the region
* Work with clubs in developing club development plans based on a needs led approach around our 5 pillars
* Connect TeamFeePay to existing trends and needs within the sector
* Develop relationships with key Club Development people across all identified stakeholders e.g. county FA’s
* Ensure that TeamFeePay are connected to all relevant events across the region
* Map out and support the delivery of a calendar of events across the region that will boost the profile of TeamFeePay through relevant topics i.e. Facilities/ Gift Aid.
* Inform your pod on a regular basis on trends and priorities
Skills and Experience
* A passion for grassroot football (preferable and not essential).
* Proven experience in a similar Club Development role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* IT and computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
