Job Title: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager – Contract

Are you an experienced ILS professional with a background in Defence and complex systems? We’re working with a leading Defence organisation at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge vehicle and weapon systems to the UK MOD. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-profile programme critical to the UK’s future capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across the programme lifecycle.
* Develop and manage ILS documentation including LSAR, LSA, LORA, Supportability Analysis, and Maintenance Task Analysis.
* Work closely with engineering, project, and supply chain teams to ensure supportability is embedded in design.
* Coordinate the production and delivery of technical publications, training materials, and support equipment requirements.
* Drive reliability, maintainability, and availability improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
* Interface with the end user community, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to define and refine ILS requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an ILS Manager or Senior ILS Engineer role within the Defence sector.
* Strong understanding of MOD supportability standards such as DEF STAN 00-600, JSP 886/101, and ASD S-Series specifications (e.g. S1000D, S3000L).
* Demonstrable experience working on land-based platforms (armoured vehicles, weapon systems, etc.) is highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
