As a part-time Administrator, you will be a vital part of this mission, providing exceptional support to our team and clients. The Role In this part-time role (18 hours per week), you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for service users, handling phone and email enquiries with patience and understanding. Create and update customer records accurately. Organise and manage client communications. Handle financial transactions, including setting up Direct Debits and processing card payments over the phone. Conduct post-trial follow-ups, offer basic product advice, and support our supervisors and managers. Multitask and prioritise workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For We seek a motivated individual with: A strong passion for improving people's quality of life. A solid background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. High attention to detail. Experience in a health or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
