What The Opportunity Looks Like
* You will work closely within a small IT department supporting numerous teams throughout Whyte and Mackay.
* First point of contact within the IT Department.
* Administration of Active Directory, helpdesk cover, workstation deployment, image management and default security setup.
For This Role We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar 1st line support role.
* Knowledge of working with core Microsoft network technologies and Office365.
* Understanding of technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANS etc.
* Understanding of basic cyber security concepts.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
