Job Overview We are looking for an Account Manager for a 12 month contract to support both our existing and new clients. In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts and guide projects through the agency, ensuring they are executed effectively. You will have the ability to build strong client relationships while coordinating projects through various teams, ensuring priorities are met at the right time. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will ensure that each project surpasses the last. You will have a keen eye for balancing daily task queues, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client briefs. What we’re looking for: Experience & Skills: Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. Capable of managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction. Work closely with creative, strategy, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client work, providing clarity on client expectations and feedback. Support clients in defining goals and objectives and providing insights to optimise campaign performance. Ensure the quality and accuracy of creative, technical, and code deliverables before they are presented to clients. Have experience in advertising, design, or digital marketing agencies to understand the relationship between different departments Demonstrates a collaborative approach, supporting both clients and internal teams to achieve shared objectives. Regularly update clients on the progress of campaigns and projects Identify potential risks or issues early, escalating appropriately and ensuring they are resolved to maintain client satisfaction. Understands the creative development process, from brief through to delivery, and can effectively manage client feedback loops. Ensure client budget trackers are kept up-to-date and raise flags when clients are over or under budget, working closely with them to maintain financial clarity. Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital innovations Experience with ESP and CRM tools is a bonus. Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
