What will you be doing?
As a training centre administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our delegates and any visitors to our centres, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive training experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our training facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet & greet all visitors to the training centre and provide a customer focused experience.
2. Support the safe running of the training centre by conducting checks or inspections as directed by the Training Delivery Manager.
3. Manage all transactional financial activity and procurement of goods and services for the Training Centre.
4. Undertake the setting up of training rooms for forthcoming training courses and meetings.
5. Provide support to external training providers and visitors.
6. Prepare and arrange training packs for long term storage.
7. Provide general administrative support to the onsite training team.
8. Maintain a consistent telephone presence delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Requirements:
1. Strong customer service approach.
2. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
5. Resilient, adaptable, and flexible.
6. IT literate, with strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
7. Experience of working in a fast-moving environment.
Desirable:
1. Railway background.
2. Knowledge of the Competence Management System.
3. Driving License.
