Customer needs and community support are at the heart of everything, ensuring we are always your local steel stockholder.\n\nIn this role, you will start in the office, learning about our customers, products and services. \n\nDuties include -\nâ¢\tInteraction with customers and suppliers and via telephone and email,\nâ¢\tFiling of various documentation,\nâ¢\tControl of documentations through scanning and filing systems,\nâ¢\tPC work including stock entry via AS400\nâ¢\tPC work updating documentation via micro soft based files,\nâ¢\tInteraction with goods inward drivers.\n\nOnce you have completed your Business and Administration Course Work, you will move full time into the warehouse. The purpose of this role is to ensure customersâ orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. Specific tasks could include:\nâ¢\tPick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item\nâ¢\tWork efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.\nâ¢\tTransferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks and cranes.
