This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. The role involves leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with attention to detail and ownership. The candidate will be accountable for various KPIs and responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and developing a high-performing team capable of achieving targets consistently.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated working standards consistently
* Drive revenue from membership sales, products, and overall gym profitability
* Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Ensure adherence to processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, & MOVE
* Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
* Complete operational tasks regularly and to high standards
* Provide constructive feedback to support team development
* React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
* Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
Essential:
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management styles
* Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Excellent interpersonal skills and member champion mentality
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn
* Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
