This role will be a Paid Social Director reporting to the Head of Social.,
* Lead on the strategic development and growth of the Three account, ensuring best in class strategy across your team and the rest of the wider network.
* Develop, install and supervise efficient best practice, quality team materials and standardisation of processes across the team.
* Establish practices to ensure Paid Social brilliance and consistency of approach across local agency teams. Provide guidance, share knowledge and case studies while serving as the connective tissue between multiple teams in local markets and our central clients.
* Identify opportunities to deploy advanced measurement techniques and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to seek effective cross media buying practice.
* Champion best practice and provide support to the team in producing quality case study and award submissions.
* Development and delivery of training for the team and wider agency.
We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Paid Social Account Director who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client's business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we're looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. Beauty and Luxury would be ideal but is not compulsory. Experience across both brand and performance would also be a positive attribute to have given the nature of the client's business, but again not necessarily a must., Experience planning, managing and activating both brand and direct response campaigns on Paid Social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Linked In)
* Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat
* Demonstrable examples of driving innovation in Biddable media
* Experience managing a team of people: hiring and developing talent, conducting appraisals, as well as performance management
* Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior clients
* Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for their teams as well as being able to shape and develop a biddable strategy
* Good knowledge of all digital elements so they can have full understanding of digital -Paid Social, Programmatic, Remarketing, Video etc.
* Experience training teams
