Position: Administrator Location: Millom, Cumbria Duration: 3-year contract Rate: up to £170-a -day This role will see the successful applicant working for a leading main contractor on a large government refurbishment project for three years This is a highly varied role and will require someone who is well organised in their day to day working routine. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking incoming calls, liaising with site staff, responding to general enquiries, updating various documents on microsoft office including excel trackers. Responsibilities: Responding to incoming customer queries Managing office administration Diary management Email correspondence Supporting other team members This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business on a long term basis for an extended period of time and to be a key part of a dedicated team. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, finishing at 4:30pm on a Friday.
