We have a fantastic opportunity to join the IT & Business Change team at Greggs as a Project Coordinator working closely with the programme governance team and business leads to deliver the Next Generation SAP programme.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving successful project outcomes by coordinating change management activities and supporting effective and timely business engagement. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, facilitate smooth transitions, and communicate clearly will be essential in supporting this strategic programme.

About the role
13. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) on a 12 month temporary contract
14. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
15. The base location for this role is Newcastle Upon Tyne. Ideally, you'll live within one hour travel of this location
What you'll do
Reporting into the change manager, and working closely with members of the PMO, this role will support the delivery of the NGS Programme’s objectives with a key focus on supporting people to transition successfully to new ways of working.
Support from line manager and team colleagues will be a huge part of this opportunity; we are an inclusive and supportive team and work together with each other so we can all fulfil our potential and deliver great outcomes for the greater good of Greggs.
About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:
16. You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
17. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience using other creative tools such as SharePoint and Miro to help communicate messages or facilitate sessions would be advantageous though not essential.

19. Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace
20. Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
