About the role
We are looking for a Handy Person to join our Repairs team. The successful candidate will carry out minor repairs to properties for day-to-day maintenance, voids, programmed and adaptations.
Duties will include repairs to rainwater goods, assembling flat pack furniture, renewing washing lines and pulleys, clearing blocked drains and small general repairs etc.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Has a good knowledge of DIY and a basic understanding of carpentry, painting and plumbing works
Has experience of carrying out repairs and improvements
Has a full driving licence and the ability to drive a company vehicle and comply with the requirements of the company insurers
