What You’ll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering creative, play-based learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of Reception pupils.
* Supporting early literacy, numeracy, and social development through engaging and interactive activities.
* Monitoring progress, assessing learning, and providing constructive feedback.
* Creating an inclusive classroom that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop an engaging EYFS curriculum.
* Building strong relationships with parents and guardians to support each child’s development.
* Engaging in staff training, meetings, and wider school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* A creative and nurturing educator who can foster a love for learning in young children.
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a passion for continuous professional development.
