Role Overview: As a Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Transport team in managing logistics, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate transport operations to ensure timely delivery and collections.
2. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, driver schedules, and transport documentation.
3. Monitor and manage compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
4. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
5. Assist in preparing reports and analysing transport data to improve efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role.
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance is a plus.
