Production Operative Job Details: Feeding production lines with raw chicken. Feeding machines with raw chicken. Checking the quality of finished product. Bagging, packing, and labeling finished product. Working in a chilled environment. Working as part of a team. Working to Health and Safety regulations at all times. Working to Food Hygiene Standards at all times. Permanent contract straight away.(not agency work) 10-hour day shifts Monday-Friday 06:30-16:30 £11.50 per hour rising to £11.70 after 12 weeks. Weekly pay. £100 per month attendance bonus. Food production experience not essential, but good to have. All training given on-site. All work wear provided. 28 days paid holiday per year. Friendly working atmosphere. Bank holidays and overtime are paid at double time. Pension scheme after 12 weeks of service. Cycle to work scheme after 6 months. Must understand and speak basic English for the purpose of Health and Safety and Food Safety. A valid share code needed as well as residential status proof from anyone from outside of the UK. This will be required at interview stage or we cannot progress with the application until confirmed.
